I photograph my work in natural light to represent colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen's settings, brightness, and calibration. Additionally, the way a painting looks in your space will shift depending on your lighting, natural daylight, warm bulbs, and cool LED light will each bring out different qualities in the work. This is part of what makes original painting beautiful and alive. If you have questions about a specific piece before purchasing, I'm always happy to share additional photos or a short video in your preferred lighting.

Simply click the Inquire button on any piece you're interested in and fill out the short form. I respond to all inquiries within 24 - 36 hours with next steps, additional photos, or any other information you need to feel confident about your purchase.

Prints of select works are coming soon to my print shop. Prints are a great way to bring the work into your home at a more accessible price point. Stay tuned, I'll announce the launch on Instagram and also link it here on my website

I am not currently accepting commissions while I focus on my existing body of work but this is something I plan to open up in the future. If you're interested in a custom piece, I'd love to hear about your vision. Send me a message and I'll add you to my waitlist for when commissions open.

Your painting will be shipped generally between 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it is shipped.

Yes, every original painting comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by me. This documents the title, medium, size, and confirms the work is an original one-of-a-kind piece and signed by Roopa Gopal.

All sales of original artwork are final. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, I am unable to offer exchanges or replacements.

If your painting arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact me at art@roopagopalstudio.com. I insure all shipments at full value, and I will work with you to file a carrier claim and issue a full refund once the claim is processed.

All paintings are carefully packaged for safe transit. In the rare event of shipping damage, please keep all original packaging and contact me immediately. This is needed to file a claim.
